Recalls are a well-established global practice; from time to time they are announced by almost all manufacturers of not only cars, but also any other industrial products. But since a car is considered a source of increased danger, it is recalls in the automotive industry that attract the most attention and cause the greatest resonance. Check if your car is covered by a recall campaign. Sometimes manufacturers will recall their cars because of substandard parts or workmanship and repair them for free, regardless of the warranty. This is called a recall campaign. More information on 1995 Ferrari 348 recalls can be found in this database. It may be useful to use online problems resource that shows automotive defect patterns, based on complaint data submitted by vehicle owners. The problems are organized into groups with data published by vehicle, component, and specific issue. See also an updated list of 1995 Ferrari 348 problems before buying a used car. In most cases, the recall is initiated by the manufacturer. But it also happens that it is forced to do so. The largest and most scandalous recall campaigns were those that were initiated by complaints and lawsuits from consumers through controlling state structures.

Additional Description: This AutoCheck CERTIFIED accident-free Ferrari 348 Spider is a fantastic addition to any garage or collection, and is a perfect way to capture Ferrari Fever without selling a kidney! The NERO Black finish is very nice, and being original shows only a handful or so minor blemishes from normal life like a stone chip, small scuff, or professionally touched up mark. Paint metering the car reveals that only the front lower spoiler was refinished at some point, although there are no visual indicators of it not being original. No dings or dents are apparent, and the quality of the finish is very good, just not concourse perfection. Top is in good condition all around, with no seam pulls. It has a 1 inch worn spot on the driver side back that does not leak. The prior owner had the top down for so long, he never even knew it was present, and I am sure most new owners will keep the car in top-down mode as well! Chrome wheels show incredibly well, with no curb damage or marks. Tires were a fairly recent addition, and have over 80% of the usable tread remaining on them at all four corners. All exterior lights work as they should, including the automatic DRL headlight conversion, signals, reverse, and brake lights. The car had the full 30k mile service performed less than 1,000 miles ago on 03/18/2016 at 28,132 miles. Work was performed by Zach Oxton at Arch City Autoworks, but his new shop Bespoke Motors is one of St Louis, Missouri's go-to places for Exotic car maintenance and performance upgrades. The work was detailed in about 50 color photos, and included a full engine out service and fluid exchange. New timing belt, tensioner bearing, Idler bearing, Cam cover gaskets, End plate gaskets, Phase sensor gasket, Cam seals, Cam seal O-rings, Phase seal, Cam bolt seals, new plugs, new waterpump to firewall hoses, new drive belts, new fuel filters, new air filter, and new oil filter with drain bolt gaskets. Brakes were also cleaned and adjusted, R134a added, and full synthetic Redline gearbox oil added. Finally, a new 5-piece timing cover set was installed, and the car was road tested and checked before being released to the customer. Since then, the car has been driven less than 1,000 miles, and has been stored in a climate controlled garage. I have personally driven the car about 50 miles, and find it to be a very solid and clean example of a 348. It was traded here at our dealership in April of this year, and we sold it to a long-time client at that time whose business has been dramatically affected by the Coronvirus. Regrettably, he needed to sell a few toys to maintain his employees, and we were happy to get the car back. Opening the doors reveals a very clean and well-kept interior. Leather seats are tear and damage free, but do show the correct patina one expects of a high-quality Italian leather hide. Carpeting is clean and undamaged, and the mats show well, but not new. Dash, console, gauge surround, and pillars are all in very good condition, with no damage. The typical light tackiness is prevalent on some of the buttons and A/C vents, but it is no better or worse than any other 348. Seat belts all function correctly. A/C blows cold and works from all the positions and fan settings. All interior lights are functional, and the all of the gauges are functional at this time too. It starts, idles, runs, drives, handles, stops, and performs very well, and displays no odd tendencies of any kind. We highly encourage a personal showing of the car, and welcome outside inspections as well. Financing is available with multiple sources, and collector car insurance is easily attainable through Hagerty as well. Call us today to make it yours! Mileage is exempt on title due to model year, but both CarFax and AutoCheck reports substantiate mileage.
